Greek AI voice agent for hair salons and barbershops
A ready-made Greek AI voice agent for salons and barbershops: it answers the calls you cannot break off a service to take, speaks the Greek your clients actually use, and books the appointment into your calendar.

What it does for a salon in Greece
It is eleven in the morning, you have colour on your hands and a client in the chair. The phone rings: answer it and you interrupt work somebody is paying for; leave it and the caller tries the next salon down the street. Salon appointments still come by phone, and the phone rings precisely when your hands are busy.
The agent picks up those calls in natural Greek. It asks what the client wants — a cut, colour, highlights, a blow-dry before a wedding — and when suits them, then books it into your calendar. You carry on with the head in front of you.
Greek the way clients actually speak it
Salon calls are not polished Greek. Clients ask for «ανταύγειες» and «ρίζες», or whether you can «τη χωρέσεις αύριο απόγευμα», and they leave a mobile spoken in pairs. Names change ending mid-conversation. An agent tuned on English gets the endings wrong and flattens the intonation — in Greek a question is marked by the voice rising, not by word order — and the client hears a robot immediately.
The other half is English: in tourist areas and neighbourhoods with foreign residents, some calls simply are not in Greek, and the agent switches as soon as the caller does without losing the appointment it was booking. The Greek AI voice agent overview goes through what that takes.
How it connects: one call-forwarding setting
The number on your window and your Google profile stays exactly as it is. You forward it — a setting on the line, supported by every Greek carrier:
- Only what you miss. Calls that hit a busy line, ring out, or land outside opening hours — including Monday, when most salons are shut and the phone rings anyway.
- Everything, if you would rather never break off a service for the phone.
No new number, no equipment, and you can switch it back whenever you like.
What it books
- The appointment, in your calendar. The service, the time and — if you keep a roster — the stylist asked for, written in during the call, not left as a callback note.
- Cancellations and changes, recorded and sent to you, so a Friday afternoon slot that frees up does not stay empty because nobody knew.
- The questions you answer twenty times a week — hours, parking, roughly how long a colour takes.
- Alongside your existing system. It replaces no diary or booking app; it catches the lost call and puts the appointment where you already look.
What the missed calls add up to — an illustrative example
Only your own numbers really matter, but a sketch shows the scale. Three unanswered calls a day from would-be clients, an average appointment worth €35, twenty-five working days, and four in ten of them booking elsewhere instead of trying again: about 30 appointments a month, roughly €1,050. Those four figures are illustrative assumptions — the calculator’s starting values, not a measurement and not data from our customers. Replace them with yours in the missed calls calculator.
EU compliance, built in
- GDPR. A client’s name and number are used only to manage the appointment, and call data is stored in the European Union. Details in the privacy policy.
- EU AI Act transparency. Article 50 requires that people are told when they are talking to an AI system, so the agent introduces itself as the salon’s digital assistant and never pretends to be a person.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change the booking system I already use?
No. The agent works alongside it: it answers the call that would otherwise have been lost and the appointment goes into the calendar you already check.
Does it answer on Mondays and after closing?
Yes, around the clock — evenings, weekends and the Monday when most salons are shut. That is when a client remembers she needs an appointment before Friday.
Can it take a booking from a client who speaks English?
Yes. It answers in Greek and continues in English as soon as the caller uses it — useful in tourist areas and for regulars who live here without speaking Greek.
Will clients know they are speaking to an AI?
Yes, because it says so. It introduces itself as the salon’s digital assistant on every call, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires, and call data is stored in the European Union and used only to manage the appointment.
