Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026. In plain terms: the only thing this website collects is the email you give us voluntarily — and we use it for one purpose only.

Who we are

Parousa is preparing an AI phone reception service for Greek businesses. The data controller for this website's data is Parousa. Contact: info@parousa.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter in the "Notify me when it's available" form, along with the time of submission. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or any other details. The website uses no cookies, no traffic-analytics tools, and no advertising trackers. As with any website, the infrastructure that hosts us may temporarily log technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and operational reasons.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to send you an email when the service becomes available. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. We don't send advertising, we don't do profiling, and we don't pass your email to third parties for their own purposes.

Where it's stored

On Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, in a private storage area with restricted access. AWS participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for data transfers outside the EU.

For how long

Only for as long as the purpose above is served. If you request deletion, we remove your email immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of your consent — just email info@parousa.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes

If anything in this policy changes, we'll update this page — the date at the top always shows the latest version.
